Facebook, Google, Yahoo, reddit, and twitter have all been censoring coronavirus news, especially videos showing bad stuff happening in China.

I'm betting Bob is already on an island, that is well-stocked with food. He knows what's coming with coronavirus, and he's going to miss the disaster on the mainland. Lots of very wealthy people have recently gone on vacation to parts unknown.

Is he actually cutting their budgets, or is he just not giving them as much as an increase as they asked for?

Publishing companies are the reason why an e-book costs the same as a real, physical book. They only care about their profit margins. Hell, they'd prefer everyone buy e-books, as they make more money off of them. Same principal is applied here.

You don't understand business law at all, do you? It's legally required for any publically traded corporation to do their best to maximize profits for shareholders. It's one of the reasons why American companies are so horrible to their employees.
