Comment The Truth Hurts (Score 5, Insightful) 193

The truth does tend to be pretty damning for the United States...

"Dear Anthropic Customer, this is to notify you that due to our ever-increasing need to satiate shareholders, your workforce subscription will be increasing by 30% on April 1, 2027. This change will be applied automatically and without negotiation!

Comment Net neutrality is the internet (Score 5, Insightful) 76

For the most part, it isn't trying to solve a problem. Net neutrality is the default status of the internet.

Except this was nothing to do with any of the nonesense you're trying to shoehorn into issue.

Everyone involved are "creatives". The writers wanted AI banned, the board didn't, so the board chucked some buzzwords at the writers which didn't work.

There's no "purity test" or "sensitive and dramatic" writers. They simply wanted no paeodophiles and creative writing to be actually creative.
