Who cares? There's no evidence to suggest that there isn't an afterlife.
The meaninglessness of existence is absolute proof that there is no afterlife. YMMV.

Wrong languages. Take AI and read it backwards as you might in Arabic, and you see the letters aleph (arabic) and alpha (greek).
I thought I had a brain worm once. It turned out to be a Baby Shark.
Shouldn't this have come from the WHO-let-the-dogs-out dept?
"You wouldn't pee in a toilet mounted on a gallery wall."
...unless, of course, you wanted "to go where no man had gone before".
Imagine consuming flight fare and employing airplane potties for seventeen days non-stop. The future cannot get here soon enough,
Who is the bad actor here?
If you abbreviate that to YY/MM/DD, you should probably be thrilled that we are getting close to 22/7/1.
Otherwise everyone will be waiting a long time for another pi day.
Naturally, for this you would need to adopt the Baha'i calendar.
Then observe that day with a beautiful speech.
Nuke Chernobyl from orbit - I mean it's already a no-man's land - after giving everyone fair warning. What could go wrong?
Just wondering.
Indeed. There seems to be no escape from this time-line reality without AR headgear (or a my-pillow).
So another missing option: All I need is my-pillow to tell me what's real.
During naps, when I realize I am in a dream and it is an unpleasant one, I consciously attempt to awaken by opening my eyes and getting out of bed. Once in a while, I notice that I am still only dreaming that I have awakened, and must repeat the effort. I have been at least five levels deep a few times - except that maybe right now I'm still dreaming - I can't tell for certain.
In 2016 I had open-heart surgery and they put me under anesthetics. When they revived me, Trump had been elected president. I cannot seem to awaken from that nightmare.
True stories.
I took the blue pill. No headgear needed.
It's VR all the way down.
So to clarify that is more than a dozen times more expensive.
That only seems to be true, since the eventual cost of removing the CO2 that conventional kerosene releases into the atmosphere is being ignored.
If you factor in CO2 capture and conversion into a form that might be sequestered, the costs will likely be much closer, if not identical.
It's a clear case of privatizing profit and socializing the costs.
> are talking about killing babies
So...really, no babies have been done in - it's only your political rhetoric, which is clearly debunked by the "Further context..." sibling post by leelapolis in this thread.
True story: Despite the best efforts of my mother and her doctors, my younger brother was still-born. Who voted for that?
Bible says "Choose life," (look it up), which implies that independent actors be left free to choose. Pro-lifer's pretend that they have a better idea than God. They do not.
"Blood libel" is the last desperate act of a party whose reasoning has failed, and whenever (in any election cycle) I see it trotted out, I know whose ideas are not passing muster. Feel free to continue to engage in it, but I've already got your number.
It is much harder to find a job than to keep one.
