Although he gets ketchup wrong the man has a point about the old pineapple pizza debate. ;) I've always been partial to Royko's view on hot dog preparation--as are most people round this way. A garden on a dog is a lovely thing. I've had NYC hot dogs. THEY SUCK. HARD. They taste like turpentine-pickled offal.

Roeper is probably my favorite newspaper man. Always entertaining and thoughtful--if not Seinfeld-esquely observational.

    And if one wouldn't use ketchup, why would you use the yellow version, AKA, yellow 'mustard'? Real mustard is brown. BTW, I use both yellow and red ketchup on my dogs. But what do we know in Maryland?
    • erm, asshole? Chicago's skyline has rocked NYC's for quite a few years now. John Hancock, Sears Tower, Aon Center, Prudential, Wrigley, Tribune Tower. We have teh best architecture and skyline in the States dude. :)
