I'm essential, which translates to go to work like normal, my service is more important than my life. Get the same pay, but deal with a bunch of assholes saying "but I need it now, i am a very important essential worker". I work with the public all day. Was pissed about the toilet paper shortage. I built a pantry in the basement, have it about half stocked. Only did that because I just can't trust people to be smart enough not to horde stuff. I wash my hands more, use hand sanitizer a couple of times a day. What I am really tired of is all the commercials from companies and people, I know don't care, saying "we are all in this together". Bull Shit. I'm very tired of seeing people wearing mask on their chins, moving them to talk or wearing them under their nose. I'm sick of companies making stupid changes, arrows on the floor for direction of shopping, demanding mask to be worn, this late in the game. I get it, it kills more people than the normal flu, but come on. It's time for some common sense.
