Thankyou. Having the company pay monetary damages is simply a cost of doing business, and in the case of driverless cars if execs don't risk personal incarceration then of course beta testing will be on the road. There's no incentive to do otherwise.

If a driverless car kills someone, this is by definition a defect unless it is deemed legally acceptable for driverless cars to kill people in certain circumstances.
