My favourite series was the third season of Happy Valley (BBC). The confrontation scene in the cafe between Catherine and Clare in the third episode was amazing.
My favourite film was Glenda Jackson's last film The Great Escaper.
I also enjoyed the second season of The Bear (Hulu), the third season of Starstruck (BBC) and the episode of Succession (HBO) titled Connor's Wedding (the third episode from the fourth season).
I still use an inkjet printer and no longer suffer from dried ink as I run a cron job that prints a test page twice a week (the printer also has a removable printhead so dried ink shouldn't be a problem regardless).
When I last sent a fax years ago I recall a report being printed after it was sent (e.g. 10 pages sent to number 123456789 at 9 A.M. successfully) so that might be the reason the fax machine refuses to send a fax without ink.

The best mini-series I saw this year was The Lost Honour of Christopher Jefferies from 2014.
Channel4 is a UK broadcast channel that also has a streaming option. I was watching "Des" on it the other night with my paid subscription, but it was still interrupted by ads for Vauxhall cars.
Des is on ITV not on Channel 4.
ViewTube is another userscript and add-on that removes YouTube ads.

Also, the add-on LinkTube replaces embedded video with a link, which you can feed to youtube-dl or to the other programmes.
There are lots of alternatives that can play back YouTube videos without using Google's JavaScript or Adobe Flash (e.g. ViewTube, youtube-dl, UnPlug, quvi and youtube-viewer (which also supports viewing comments).
I don't understand why Mozilla never just worked with the author of Download Statusbar to integrate it. That extension has been one of the most popular addons since it was released in 2004. In fact, the addons site show it is currently the 7th most-used plugin with 1,930,345 current users.
The license of Download Statusbar isn't compatible with Firefox's license. From the add-on page:
