All this is swell but it has nothing to do with the wisdom of crowds or community support. It is a one-to-one model. Your get an answer from one expert. Independent, aggregate answers are the power of the wisdom of crowds. This model relies on finding the right expert. How do you know if you've got the right expert? Is this a Warren Buffet or a Ken Lay (think stocks). A Steve Jobs or a geek want-to-be still living in his mothers garage? This model gets answers quickly (only sometimes a good thing). If you can test out the answer without risk, all is good. But do you upload a file to run (scary but a tech support favorite), re-install??? This is a model of anonymous experts without the peer review of the community that is wiki or web 2.0 or the wisdom of crowds. This model is web 1.0 with speed. Speeders beware.
