I've been programming professionally now for about 12 years. I've had a few different jobs related to writing code of all kinds (C, x86 Assembly, Obj-C, C++, VB, C#, Perl, even PHP and JavaScript). Nowadays I'm working as a software engineer with a fantastic group of people at Load.com. I have to use Windows Server 2003 and .NET 2.0 for my job, but I keep things rounded by using Mac OS X and Xcode/Cocoa or Perl when I'm at home. My side work in networking and security over the years has taken me everywhere from shopping malls to state police agencies to banks and mortgage companies. When I need to unwind, I take solace in my kids, my music, sports, poker, and sleeeeeping.
