Can you give us some of the Democratic talking points? Besides "don't ever remove anyone from the voting rolls because you might accidentally delete a legitimate voter," I see nothing from them.

Further, if that's not a straw-man argument but a legitimate concern, I would expect to see some news/evidence about all the people who showed up to vote and couldn't... and I'm not seeing any.

I am a conservative with a functional brain and I dispute your assertion: Neither I nor anyone I know has a desire to stop the Chinese from receiving an education. Quite the contrary: the CCP has its own schools and universities which its citizens can attend, and there are myriad options around the world (apart from the US) should they wish to study abroad. I do not, however, feel that they have any right to attend school here, particularly when it has been shown time and again that they engage excessively in espionage for their nation.

Every day, I hear something like this and think, "this can't get any dumber." And then, as sure as the sun rises, it does.

I might be able to get behind a well-written privacy law, but do we need to spawn yet another Government agency to address this?

Given the current state of technology -- and the seeming lack of understanding of that tech by those trying to employ it for voting purposes -- there is no good solution to these mobile voting issues. It is just too easy to botch or manipulate.
