NOBODY emigrates in the hope of ending up as a shitter-cleaner. Those who end up in these jobs hide it to their families and invent rosy stories to hide their shame. Often, they end up in a worse situation in their country of arrival than they were in their own country. They stay (often illegally) to avoid admitting failure and losing face.
Mostly, they hope to get rich, to avoid "Makhzen" (The injustice of the system which annoys small people, like cops arresting you for growing pot while the the neigbhours who do exactly the same are not bothered) and "Hogra" (The strong contempt towards poor and uneducated people).
And they end up poor, looked down by everyone (actually even hated as the country they often end up in have a bad experience with Arab immigration, like Spain, France or Belgium) and with zero rights as they are illegals.
And many Moroccans know that well enough not to be interested by work in Europe. Even sometimes legal and qualified. Because even if they pay is higher, the standards of living equation does not always work out in favour of Europe. It is not difficult to learn that if you speak French as many of them communicate among themselves in that language.
