Yea, within seconds, every surface will be touched and every thing will be picked up, including dog poop. Sinks aren't readily available and even if you bring a toddler to a public restroom, or home, more things will get touched before they even get to the sink, and more things touched afterwards.

So, for everyone commenting about soap and water, getting a toddler to not touch anything is like bathing a cat with soap and water. Try it and see how far you get.
