Well, they know Trump wouldn't condemn it or come to Taiwan's aid, considering he has his own territorial expansion plans. If they're going to do it, the next four years would be the best time.

within the U.S., including Washington, DC
Gee, I didn't realize Washington, DC is in the U.S. Good thing they clarified this.
The problem is that until it can be used everywhere I'll still have to carry the physical card, just as I have to carry my credit card (thank you, Home Depot!).
I assume you can double-click to bring it up in Wallet, like I do for my IKEA card. No full unlocking necessary.

Almost every Apple device that runs some software (CocoaPods?) that I and most of the world has never heard of.
I don't think there's much they can do about languages that don't use pronouns (like Japanese) or use them as they do in Vietnamese. There is no way for the translation engine to figure out who is talking about whom.

Note that is the "Initial Quality Survey". It doesn't measure how well the car holds up over time.
Most people in Korea live in high-rise apartment blocks. Nowhere to put a dish. And going up to a satellite and back down will not provide better ping times. Starlink is designed for rural areas. If all of Seoul got on Starlink, the speed would be like 1200 bps dialup.
