Groklaw Reader writes: "After Microsoft's attempts to buy the Swedish vote on OOXML came to light, SIS declared its own vote invalid. SIS has therefore changed its vote from yes to abstain in a bid to restore their integrity after Microsoft's ballot stuffing. Apparently, not everyone can be bought."
