Both of those suffered the same problem IMO. Technically sophisticated but emotionally flat and unsatisfying.

I didn't like it either. I found it cold and simply didn't care about any of the characters. TBH I have pretty much had it with Villeneuve films. They have a lot of technical brilliancy but are not entertaining.
AIs will store all their data in the blockchain. The awesome compute power of this combination will be used to find new ways to waste energy.
Firefox is the only browser I can bear using. And I don't like it all that much. Maybe I should just sell all my gadgets and go back to vinyl records, paper books and FM radio. Happier days.
I starting to like that idea.
I could supply you with dozens more examples but what is the point? You live in a liberal walled garden and only believe what you are told to believe.
Pretty soon AI will refuse to chat with you if you refuse to use its preferred pronouns.
You think they would be better off using Biden's dementia tainted rambling?
We had a news server at Plessey Semiconductors back in 1994. I discussed problems with my Slackware install with Patrick Volkerding. Enjoyed the build up to the release of Pink Floyd's "The Division Bell" with fans all over the world. Great days.
My productivity took a hit...
MS added a whole bunch of useless functionality to Edge that would have been better implemented as extensions which users could easily ignore. Instead they baked it into the main product and turned it on by default in the hope that users would be too lazy to disable it. That way if users did turn it off they could "accidently" renable it using an "update".
MS really despise the users of their products.
You only think this because previously all right leaning content was crushed and censored by the left. Now that censorship is reduced the left are realising how unpopular their insane opinions are.
This is truly the age of miracles.
The "AI" fad is nearly over. It will be as relevant as 3D TV by Christmas.
