Also, doesn't this mean that if you're having sex, and your partner dies "with their boots on" or "in the stirrups", that you can be charged with having sex with the dead?
IIRC, Texas had to change the wording of their law because they had used the term "dead" instead of "deceased", and one lawmaker pointed out that his wife could be considered dead in bed on a regular basis, though she was not room temperature.
Whatever floats your corpse! I guess dead people don't get laid anymore. Hey, this is cruel, think of the zombies!
That seems like a silly law being most people just aren't all that into corpses. Not like it's a regular thing going on here. Beastialty is already illegal in CA but then again, it is probably a little more common (scary thought I know but occasionally you hear of someone fucking a sheep). Oh well!:)
Criminalizing necrophilia is silly. Corpses are inanimate, so all that it amounts to is an odd form of masturbation. We already have laws against murder, animal cruelty, and public indecency that cover possible abuse of the right to necrophilia. Eh.
Not that I care enough about this to protest. In the greater scheme of things, necrophilia is probably an easy habit to break. Anyone care to confirm that?
