  • I know our right wingers up here in Oregon call them Californicators- but this is ridiculous!
  • Of tool playing in California (Maynard has a strange little fetish he's not ashamed of).

stance there, Governator. I suppose he'll be coming out against bestiality and human sacrifice next.

Reminds me of an old joke: I had a friend who was into sadistic necrophiliac bestiality, but then he realized he was just beating a dead horse.

  • Wasn't that the Red Hot Chili Peppers?

Also, doesn't this mean that if you're having sex, and your partner dies "with their boots on" or "in the stirrups", that you can be charged with having sex with the dead?

IIRC, Texas had to change the wording of their law because they had used the term "dead" instead of "deceased", and one lawmaker pointed out that his wife could be considered dead in bed on a regular basis, though she was not room temperature.

  • usually this stuff gets prosecuted under "abuse of a corpse" and doesn't require any new laws.
  • Whatever floats your corpse!
I guess dead people don't get laid anymore. Hey, this is cruel, think of the zombies!

That seems like a silly law being most people just aren't all that into corpses. Not like it's a regular thing going on here. Beastialty is already illegal in CA but then again, it is probably a little more common (scary thought I know but occasionally you hear of someone fucking a sheep). Oh well! :)
  • Criminalizing necrophilia is silly. Corpses are inanimate, so all that it amounts to is an odd form of masturbation. We already have laws against murder, animal cruelty, and public indecency that cover possible abuse of the right to necrophilia. Eh.

Not that I care enough about this to protest. In the greater scheme of things, necrophilia is probably an easy habit to break. Anyone care to confirm that?

Kiss your keyboard goodbye!
