It's like when someone gets in a car accident while driving a Tesla. If it doesn't make national news, it will definitely make local news, even if it was a fender bender. Meanwhile, can you imagine what news would be like if they reported on all car accidents? Then again, maybe that's preferable to what we have now
And yet AI is innovative and exciting...
But, when it actively refused to render one ethnic group even in appropriate historical contexts that is a huge problem.
Not sure what problem could come from this. Google just taught me that all Nazis were black
Projects 4k77, 4k80 and 4k83 are the best versions of the movies that I have seen.

User 1 wants to write a fancy message to User 2, so they feed the AI a bullet list of points to make.
User 2 gets the message from user 1 and cannot bother reading all the bullshit, so asks co-pilot to summarize it into bullet points.
Not a waste of money at all
Upon further inspection, it appears they have a git repo setup for it https://ancillary-proxy.atarimworker.io?url=https%3A%2F%2Fgithub.com%2FProtonMail%2F... but there's no code in there available to the public as of yet.
I thought it was open source.

I think AI was used to write the article that accused SI of using AI to write articles. Now what do we do?
The Canadian government is just piling on carbon taxes right now. I am interested to see how many representatives they fly over there on the 12 hour flight. I will not be surprised if the number is 300 (seriously).
For all the alarms they are sounding, you would think a zoom meeting might be more appropriate.
Exactly.
Trudeau is the fucking idiot who pushed this through and it was no secret it was a terrible bill in the first place. He is easily the worst prime minister Canada has ever had and he is damning future generations to a miserable time paying off the debt he has incurred.
Welcome to BlackBerry 2005.
Please don't give Trudeau any ideas. I'm sure he'd be all over this if he knew what encryption was.
I like https://ancillary-proxy.atarimworker.io?url=https%3A%2F%2Fproton.me%2Fmail but I use the web interface for mail access. They do have a "bridge" application that you have to run locally that you connect your mail application to if you prefer using that. The last time I used it, it was pretty bad, but apparently it is quite a bit better now. You can make a free account to try it out at least.
As per https://ancillary-proxy.atarimworker.io?url=https%3A%2F%2Fultrahd.highdefdigest.... has a review up and says:
"After a waxy edge-enhanced mess of a 1080p Blu-ray, Paramount continues their winning work on Trek by affording Generations an excellent 2160p Dolby Vision (and HDR10) transfer. From the clearly improved detail levels to the naturally cinematic film grain, this is an immediately clear upgrade. Makeup effects, details in the Enterprise D model, and Malcolm McDowell’s scar are all great enhancements to look out for. I was especially impressed with the practical effects model work of the saucer separation crash landing sequence. This film was in the sweet spot era where practical effects and models still were dominant over CGI and that sense of visual weight and volume is made all the more real in this excellent transfer.
HDR grade is right on point without overpowering contrast, blacks, or supping up the colors to unnatural levels. Black levels are deep with impressive shadow gradience to give the image a nice sense of three-dimensional depth. Whites are crisp and clean without blooming - most evidenced by Kirk’s bold white shirt under his uniform vest. Colors are bold with natural primary saturation with healthy skin tones. That said, it’s quite obvious that certain cast members had some tanning work done. All around, start to finish, this is another excellent Trek transfer."
I haven't seen the 4k versions myself, but this review seems to like them.
