The first part of our time together is creating sacred space and participating in a ritual that you and I have collaborated on to give you just the right experience for you. The word "Ritual" can sometimes have a lot of charge to it. What I mean by it is personal practices that acknowledge our holistic nature of mind, body and spirit.
