  • You are water. You're not really organic; you're neither acidic nor basic, yet you're an acid and a base at the same time. You're strong willed and opinionated, but relaxed and ready to flow. So while you often seem worthless, without you, everything would just not work. People should definitely drink more of you every day.

  • lipids aren't polar. that's why they don't dissolve in water aand need an emulsifier ... but I assume you knew that since you made it italicized.

    • Huh? [wikipedia.org] The "head" end is polar and the "tail" end is not. It's that property that causes them to behave as they do, arranging themselves into micelles or bilayered sheets. It's because of that polar end that they don't dissolve in water, and the reason they get your clothes clean!
