"It's too easy to switch out to a competitor."
Really? I would think vendor lock-in would be pervasive in the semiconductor industry.
"it is really really annoying to use"
Actually that sounds like Amazon.
The reason the Zelle app was killed was fraud/scamming. Zelle has been under strong attack from some members of Congress because of so much fraud/scamming on the platform. So while only 2% of transaction volume happened on the app, a substantially higher percent of the fraud/scamming did.

If you look at the total picture I think you will find that the white collar types tend to fly all over, while the blue collar types fly rarely. Flying produces a massive amount of carbon dioxide.

While this is probably for new items, it is false for used books. The substantial majority of listings for used books are Marketplace, not FBA--because FBA storage fees are too high for used books as most are very slow moving. So you might have a $30 FBA listing plus several Marketplace listings with some under $10--and they show the $30 FBA listing in the buy box.
Fossil fuel scientists didn't know anything than academic and government scientists didn't also know.

If you or I had created Bitcoin we would have kept a very large number of Bitcoin for ourselves... Now worth billions of dollars.
So why do nickel and dime lawsuits?
