Reports swirling around the interenet are that a boy in China may have cat-like night vision. The boy with eerie blue-eyes was able to fill out a questionaire in the dark and his eyes reflect like a cats when a light is shined on them. No reports yet if he marks his territory by peeing on the sofa.

Forget assembly lines, vacuuming floors, or conquering humanity; robots, it seems, have learned a new skill, cleaning hair. This may at first sound frivolous for robotic engineering but the 24 fingered robot is seen as an aide to the elderly or disabled.

Tensions between the US and Pakistan get moved up a peg after it is learned that Pakistan allowed China to examine the downed stealth helicopter. Pakistan also gifted the Chinese intelligence samples of the "stealth skin". China is a major ally and investor in Pakistan. Expect clones of US aircraft to start appearing in China (perhaps with the apple logo on them) sometime soon.
