That was so weird that it made me look what they were selling: adult daycare company stocks with 600% growth potential.

Looks like that is something the spammers just started, where they put interesting or provoking titles on the spam mail.
I got a bunch of these this morning, from various senders calling themselves "$RANDOM_NAME - News Service" and with "news-style" titles, though nothing quite as curious as yours. Though in addition to regular political stuff such as "Kennedy fights 'new mistake' of troop surge" or "U.S., Iraqi forces battle insurgents", there was a "Must be fit, have nice face to get Chinese baby".
