So...there's really a shed that people build to store bicycles?

Again, is this a European thing? I've never heard of a shed dedicated to storing bikes....I can see this is brewing used as an analogy for something else, but the shed/bike concept itself is foreign to me.

Most people rarely ever change a time zone....a good number never leave the one they are born into....

Start with ending qualified immunity and require a degree. My wife's hair stylist required more training time than the cops.

Detectives aren't much better. I've been listening to true crime podcasts and the amount of cases where the police develop tunnel vision and arrest the wrong person is scary.
