Agreed. I used NetBSD for 15 years and had to give it up a year or two ago. The project completely lost direction. Unfortunately the NetBSD foundation laid the groundwork for the collapse a very long time ago with their "hostile takeover".
Rust in peace.
Because this will drive sites to use AMP, which gives Google more control.
If your agenda is equality for all Americans, then yes.
Totalitarianism doesn't like technology, except as a means to oppress.
I guess this is how democracy dies, to thundering applause.
It is possible that they wanted to have completed some kind of analysis to determine exactly what happened before they started talking about it.

You have to realize what the Yes Men are. Their pranks are not just satire like you might find in the Onion. They are activists and they fully understand that they can get themselves arrested in some cases for the crap they pull. Their hoax about the Monsanto chemical disaster apology was definitely risky. They likely are fully aware of the fact that the NRA will take issue with this hoax. However, the Yes Men often rely on the fact that any litigation by the "victims" would result in even more attention to an uncomfortable topic, so they don't sue.

Edward Snowden has done more for the public good than Lisa Monaco ever has. In her mind, Ed is already guilty and should come home to be railroaded and disappeared by the government's security apparatus. Of course, I don't know how she expect him to come home with a revoked passport.
My God, why would he even think about giving up a gig like that? I guess the network rightly called his bluff.
I just wish the voice of Bart Simpson wasn't giving all those millions to Scientology.
All of these companies are just going to sue themselves into oblivion. They've been raping and pillaging for so long, they don't know how to run an honest business. Too bad they are going to cause so much collateral damage on the way down.
I've been downvoted to oblivion on Ars for saying this very thing. Everyone love this stuff until the censor starts filtering their own posts.
There is usually a public comment period. That's as close as you're going to get. It's pretty good, though.
