People will come in and fill those jobs...all the while fewer and fewer fully remote opportunities are available.
If it's a toxic environment (bad managers, bad co-workers, etc, then sure, leave after finding something else.
But if everything is OK, and they want you to come into the office 2 days a week instead of fully remote, and you throw a fit, well, you have a choice if you like the job otherwise. Leave and hope to find a replacement, fully-remote job, which again, there are fewer and fewer of, negotiate and see if you can narrow it to say 1 day a week (or whatever), or work int he office 2 days a week.
As a business owner, I like seeing my people face to face (not video face to video face), so have requirements for people to be there, in person, based on my, and the company's needs. Again, if they don't like that aspect, they have choices.
