I reinstalled my computer with Lubuntu (instead of the regular Ubuntu) and then had to remember how to install the printer. I wrote down how I did it, in case it is useful to someone else.

So the Beeb reports that Low-energy light-bulbs are full of toxic mercury dust that can get lodged into my brain (as if it wasn't full enough of chemicals as it is).

Typical, I recently changed all the bulbs in my house from cheap normal bulbs to these expensive ones, saving the planet and all that. So what now? Go back to the old ones? LCDs? Candles? Sit in the dark?

So I remembered every one of the Top 10 Most Influential Amiga Games. Being in a rather nostalgic mood after that, I decided to write out my opinion of the Top 10 Most Influential Linux games. Check it out, then let me know what you would add/remove.

I have had trouble in the past using up my moderator points, and so tended to just ignore them. Threads I am interested in I comment, making myself ineligible, while threads I am not interested in I ignore. Now I am going for the use them all up on one thread strategy. Much more satisfying to let them all go in one frenzy.
