It's not that they haven't found someone, it's that they whine and moan it's because of the women, not them. Nothing is ever their fault. It's women and feminism and equality and any other excuse they can come up with.

Not only do they blame women, they're hostile to women, going out of their way to trivialize anything a woman does. Here's a recent example. Brittany Force has the fastest speed in NHRA history. In fact, she broke her own record a week after setting the first record.

An incel said it's really the technology which did the winning since all she did is press the pedal. Mind you, this line of thought would also apply to every man out there, but because it's a woman getting the record, she's undeserving. She's just a passenger. Other comments were about how she weighs less than a man so of course she would go faster.

There's your incels.

Horseshit. "Traditional media curators" brainwashing people like you for decades is how Trump won the general elections. Maybe if you said the first primary. But you had to get in your jab at "liberal" media Fox News, the largest news network and epitome of mainstream media, has programmed you to.

Nope. Trump won because of people like you. People like you insisting that others had to be "brainwashed" by Fox or some other source for voting and choosing the way they do. As long as you guys act like assholes and scream that those other people are "brainwashed", you're only going to drive more people to them. Nobody under 30 watches Fox, and yet Gen Z is shifting to the Right. Now, you can find another shadowy conspiracy to account for this, or you can accept that maybe, just maybe, people vote the way they do because they want to, because they have their own sense of right and wrong and they follow it.

This is why I hate the whole "best interests" argument. "I just don't understand why these people vote against their interests". Well, that's because people that say this don't really give a shit about their interests. People decide what their own "best interests" are, thank you, and then vote for them. No one else gets a say on that process. What they really mean is "Fuck those people for not voting in MY preferences".

Comment Most cities really need this (Score 2) 107

Having a wimpy direct path that just goes from Airport - Downtown - Convention center is perfect for a huge number of cities.

So many places it can be really rough to get from the airport to the downtown area any time around rush hour (which in a lot of cities is around a 3-4 hour window).

Some places with rail kind of have this - like the train that goes from Midway into Chicago. But even THAT has a lot of stops and is not great for travelers, even if it's nice for residents.

I also have to say that a system where you are riding in smaller vehicles I am a big fan of because it eliminates the problem where homeless people are just handing up on the train which create danger, nasty messes, and of course awful smells. Though awful smells is not restricted to the homeless of course, that can be any other passengers also so nice to be removed from them too.
