I'm sure we've all see the YouTube videos of how police in the US choose "de-escalation tactics" over "respect my authority" and "stop resisting". Now that this is established in one police force, I expect this will spread across the nation. Also when an innocent person is killed by a robot, and it will happen sooner or later, how do we get the badge # of the operator? Who will be held accountable? This is a great way for the police to be even more anonymous, and it will be abused and will escalate, because cops are cops.

That does seem crazy. Unless...some of the cast parts in "Shen" are the same as some of the cast parts in "Stan". Then, I suppose, this makes sense. And as Indian Jones once said. "That belongs in a museum!"

TL/DR: Apple is just another megacorp who will do anything it thinks it can get away with to make money.
