I downloaded twitter when it was new. I didn't care about it, I had just heard about it, After a couple of weeks, I thought, "geesh. I got this thing, what am I gonna do with it?" So, I started posting about my lunch and stuff... then suddenly I noticed I had 27 followers. WTF? none of them were anyone I knew. Then, I was like, are peoples lives so empty that they are actually interested in what I had for lunch?

So, I stopped posting and forgot about it.

Since then I have learned that, yes, peoples lives are that empty.

I am not even interested in what I had for lunch. I mean, when hungry, eat, when tired, sleep.

I tend to think of time machines as more fantasy than science fiction, myself.

welll...... kinda not? As someone who lived in the 50's, 60's 70's, I can say that littering was a MUCH bigger crime than it is today... Not solved, but there is less of it.

where are you referring to this 'so many mg per month' argument? The last time I needed some sudafed, I went to the pharmacist, told him i needed some, bought it with case. In no way was my purchased tracked to me. I am speaking of in Virginia in the United States

Read a book some decades ago that postulated that for sperm production you only need a few men per continent and all the rest should either be killed at birth or neutered at birth... published by Harvard.
