You will get rights to some AIs from your president-king and assign some of your data centers/AI to your vassals...

You will search for proper matches for your kids so they marry into families with a lot of data centers/AI.

Many will be less interested in contributing for free so AI billionaires could train and profit from their work...

I would expect that ideally long term in organizations all age groups should be represented proportionally to demographics curve.

Currently IT is dominated by young people and companies give every reason for seniors 'not to' train juniors...

For me situation overall goes into Middle Ages direction - birth and connections will determine everything again.

When you are born into the right family - you will inherit your family wealth, AIs and your father's job.

This is just a suggestion - AI jobs are very well paid and done at the computer.

Automating them first will bring huge savings...

I am not stuck at "what". Figuring out "what" is actually majority of my work. Coding is simple once I know "what" should be done.

However from what I've tried AI has even problems with "how" producing long, too complex and hard to understand code. Producing unit tests with 1+2=4

AI tools work great when doing things for which lots of good examples are on the internet.

For me it really feels like working with a Junior Dev.

Well, I've tried R to Python migrations and the code produced was crap.

I'm skilled, experienced developer but my customers provide no specification other that "Our data scientist wrote it in R, we want it in Python."

Simple apps or unit tests - it did work with some tweaks. But anything more complex produced 4x more code than it should and it would be hell to maintain that...

Sure it saves time on some simple things like unit tests generation but even there it has some issues...

Just the fact that EU has no own major companies like Google, Microsoft or Amazon means that it is not competitive already.
