No, there seems to be a long list of exemptions that will keep hundreds of millions of people in motion (unfortunately, like other countries):
From TFA (https://ancillary-proxy.atarimworker.io?url=https%3A%2F%2Ftwitter.com%2FANI%2Fstatus%2F1242476674710560770), the exceptions include all food shops, banks, insurance companies, media, IT, gas, storage, hotels, etc. Education, worship, "political gathering" and other groups have been banned, but funerals for up to 20 people are allowed. Etc.
As annoyed as I am about a government deciding to announce with crappy screenshots on Twitter (are websites down?) the feedback is interesting, with multiple people claiming that door-to-door delivery has either been stopped or is already moving under the pay-to-play thumb of corrupt local authorities.
