Vogon Constructor Fleet overshot the Sol System and is backing up.
Boeing is clearly a Vogon subsidiary and used the same emergency radio frequency.
1. What was the Starliner crew's involvement in the decision making?
2. Did the Starliner crew have final decision making rights/power overall?
3. Has Boeing begun the software update to allow automated undocking?
4. If yes, was the software update successful?
Question #2 would be very olde skool NASA, IMO, but may not be current thinking. IDK. Aside from that, the answers about the software updates seem most critical.
What I really need is a droid that understands the binary language of moisture vaporators.
I remember the first thing you asked someone was "A/S/L" before anything else....

About the plan...
"Andrew Feustel, who performed three spacewalks to refurbish Hubble in 2009, says he found the mission proposal to be "quite a reasonable and admirable concept.""
STS-125
Feustel's first mission was STS-125, which was successfully launched to repair the Hubble Space Telescope on May 11, 2009. On this mission, Feustel was a mission specialist, and performed three spacewalks to help repair the telescope itself.[9] During the mission, Feustel accumulated a total EVA time of twenty hours and thirty eight minutes. He took with him a copy of "Cosmic Songs" (1878) by the Czech poet Jan Neruda and Emm Gryner's album Asianblue.[12]
