This is a no-brainer open and shut case. A company can't make you do work without pay, it's as simple as that.

I learned this after my first job at 16 at an amusement park. They'd have us clock out, and then take a locked bag of cash to the bank inside the park, wait in line, and sign a deposit form. There was a class action suit and I got a couple hundred bucks.

Oh nice, I hadn't considered that strategy. Mine's pretty simple, I just brute force check all the 5 letter words. This was the first time I used the multiprocessing module to start a new python process for each core to do the brute forcing.

I couldn't find you on Github (I avoid Microsoft sites anyway...) but here's my code, consider it GPL3 :)

Plus they're re-streaming it on Twitch which is a different platform.

The issue here isn't about haters. I'm not a fan of Klein and I don't like copyright law in general, but Klein seemingly has an open and shut case. At least one of the defendants said during their stream "watch Ethan's video here (on my stream) so Ethan doesn't get any money or views". And then they silently watch or leave the room and let it be re-streamed. It's kind of what those illegal sports streaming sites do. One of the defendants perpetually streams cable TV while AFK as well. There is no fair use defense here for them at all. They're about to get reamed, legally.
