I think I saw another post that demonstrated quite well that it wasn't the overwhelming victory like you seem to think.
We now know why the media was so complicit in government corruption, they got the lions share of bribes coming from USAID!
We also know that USAID was investigating what Elon was doing with Starlink in Ukraine. And Elon doesn't like to be questioned.
So yes, I really am happy Trump won, and I don't think the DOGE team is cutting enough or going fast enough for my liking.
I'm glad you're not in a position where you rely on some of those programs or services to get by. But please remember that there are people who *are*, and they're already starting to hurt. And no need to claim that "all they have to do is work harder or move". Look at what's happening to VA - all the "improvements" that are going to be made to help disabled veterans? It's looking pretty strongly like they're going to be thrown into the same overwhelmed and ridiculously out-of-control private system that the US is famous the world over for.
They should all be tried and hanged as far as im concerned. Overreach? Hardly.
