Thats ok, I live with a woman so I am used to translating this kind of thing; 90% of the time she really means exactly the opposite of what she is actually saying :-|

This morning was awesome, she asked, "Can you find out if they are coming?" as I was walking out the door. Keep in mind that what you are seeing is exactly the context I had (no prior relevant conversation had happened); my response was, "is who coming to what???" Somehow she expected me to just magically know wtf she was talking about.....

The problem is I am not supposed to get irritated by things like this, as I then come off as being hostile for no apparent reason that she can understand. Often though that is easier said than done :-|
