A lot of the sexy college ladies are gone for the summer, but they've been replaced by exotic foreign tourists so it's all good.
I'm in the middle of finding a roommate/job, so unfortunately I haven't been able to get to the beach as much as I'd like. But I'm sure it's beautiful too.

"lee-nooks" (oo as in "foot", not as in "tooth")is technically correct, but linus also says himself that "lynnucks" is a correct pronunciation in english. (can't find the link) dictionary.com [reference.com] also agrees that both are correct. one entry specifically says that "lie-nucks" is incorrect.
loonix is fun to say and sometimes confuses people, especially "the loonix."

C is the "Americanized" version. It's actually Lee-nucks with a shortened "e" sound. But I think it's okay for Americans to mispronounce foreign words.*

No no no. This is completely the wrong way round. You guys botch our language. You change the spelling, sometimes pronunciation, and fail to teach your kids how to use the language correctly in the first place (hint: insure and ensure mean very different things -- use the right one!). If you're going to butcher the language, you could at least have the courtesy to rename it, rather than pretending it's still English :-)
