I have the following problems with this definition:
- The main reasons why fascism is rejected today - the world war and the holocaust - are not on this list. But without these fascism is not substantially crueler than other authoritarian systems.
- I do not see racism on the list which is one of the major distinguishing factors between national socialism and stalinism.
- Almost all criteria on this list can be found in other dictatorial systems, even those that are marxist or theocratic in nature. For 8), Hitler found religion to be useful for a time but wanted to replace it with the state in the long run. For 9) and 10), corporations being privileged applies to lots of kleptocratic systems but they are still ultimately subjected to the state and ruling elite. And unions were tightly controlled in the soviet union too, disallowed form going on strike.
My impression is that whoever made that list lumped everything together they find authoritatian and socially cruel and callled it fascism.
