Hmm, my languishing submission has generated 3 comments already. I do mostly Teensy/Arduino-style programming, as well as CAD/Design/Graphics, so, programming a browser is not my cup of tea. I don't think they even if I could code a fix that it would go live, anyway. I am all for Privacy-by-Default, and might have coined the term? I would like some light shined in this small dark corner of Firefox. Ironically, I like Firefox, and have used it since it was a 5mb download. Still, want it to do well, but in the end, how is a browser that touts privacy but denies it going to prosper?

We should understand that AI's cost to humanly will never be equaled by its benefits. Thousands of people have lost their jobs, their livelihoods, and their insurance. Many people have had their personal an intellectual property stolen. Still more of us will have problems affording a computer for any reason. Each day, we lose time when surfing because AI has hit servers to scrape everything and needed them to protect themselves. Ultimately, billionaires are have been given a license to pollute humanity's brainshare.

I have a 50" Samsung 4k 120hz "Smart" TV. Given its size, the TV specs are still competent, but the software is no longer updated, and so, the software is useless for many services. The answer for Smart TV's is just to hook them up to a Linux Box.
