Oh you mean the blog
OK yeah so you are a crank. Ai psychosis is a bitch.
Not sure what you are trying to say here. Bot maybe?
Just to be clear, what exactly is "It"?
If all you have for cope is denying that the reality around you exists, your life is going to be extremely difficult.
I really do feel sorry for you guys. It must be so frustrating to be so smart yet so stupid.
That's a blog dude. No one is taking seriously a blog run by a bunch of Ai insiders with Ai psychosis.
This is how it always is with you cranks. No amount of facts or logic based arguments are ever enough. They're always just "terrible examples".
He means that they are software programs and have no capacity for emotions regardless of what some self-interested blog post tries to tell you.
This is such a ridiculous argument. Owning and flying a helicopter is no where near the same thing as owning and driving a car. It's not even worth it to entertain such a ridiculous comparison.
Your take is so off the mark it points to a good bit of ignorance on your part. The mount of resources involved in training a legally viable model are enormous and well out of reach of any individual or even group of individuals trying to open source the problem. Also, Nvidias tool is a research tool. It's not retail software meant to give you the power of a self driving car. Alpamayo says as much on their git repo.
Can I use this model in production / commercial applications?
No. The model weights are released under a non-commercial license. This release is intended for research, experimentation, and evaluation purposes only.
So no, this is in no way a "simple" technology and it is not within reach of the average person to implement.
Don't play dumb, you know exactly what you wrote. Having self-driving "forced" upon you is a literal ban on driving.
I still don't believe that self-driving technology will ever bee available to privately owned vehicles. I think it will all be a subscription service that you will have to buy into in order to have transportation. That's their endgoal.
People are delusional if they think the public will just allow these companies to ban human drivers. You think banning guns was difficult? Car insurers who try this shit will soon find their CEO's Luigi'd.
It will make me more valuable as I grow older.
People who go to conferences are the ones who shouldn't.
