There is no need to get into a terminalogy war. Tell me what is wrong. When someone says "My hard drive is broken", they are offering an opinion without
having a clue what is happening. If my car is broken, I don't tell the mechanic about the parts I think are broken. I describe what is happening. When
a person opines out of ignorance, they risk sending the repair person down the wrong path. Just describe the problem.

Let's see. I was coming in to work and all the roads were blocked off. I parked a few blocks away and walked into work. When I got to the building, a deputy almost
whacked me. He told me to get in the office and stay there. Some nutbag had killed a policeman a few yards from the office.
We even debated whether the office windows were bulletproof.
That same year, we were locked in again when some nutbag decided to shoot up a bunch of classrooms.

This was more difficult than working with the cougar who kept talking about meeting me in motels near her house. I passed.

That's very true because nothing comes for free in our world. But remember. Computers cost money. Computers come with Windows therefore Windows is part of the computer. If they pay for Windows separately, they think it is different from the Windows on their PC. I had a person ask me to install Linux on their Windows. Windows is as much a part of their computer as the TV thing or the printing thing. If you install Linux on a repeatedly pwn3d box and the first thing out of the person's mouth will be "Where are my icons? I knew where everything was and now its gone".

This was so much easier when schools used Apple. Take what you get and like it.
