So much for "Hope and Change". I was looking forward to the end of the Patriot Act, and the closing of Guantanamo Bay.

I say this as the United States Government is staging "advisors", on the border between Syria and Jordan. I guess our Government didn't learn much from Vietnam, Afghanistan, and Iraq. Remember, the enemy of our enemy isn't necessarily our "friend".

Honestly, I wouldn't think twice about doing the same thing. They are purchasing the drives, not stealing them. For "some reason" costco is buying them in lots where they can distribute them at that price. I guess they were just leveraging Costco and Best Buy's buying power to keep their business afloat.

I personally don't fly unless my employer forces me to. My 2 year old daughter will certainly not fly since the porno scanners have been installed. She has flown twice before the porno scanners were installed. My family has chosen to drive to our destinations the last couple of years. The TSA is a joke. Right after 9-11 when President Bush announced the TSA and Patriot Act, I knew we were in for a knee jerk reaction which won't solve anything. President Obama is just accelerating the stupidity.

You are talking about the EPCOT where nobody owns real property, and the corporation owns everything. You come home and there are new appliances there, because the corporation thinks you are ready for them. Where all of the residents work for the corporation in exchange for living in this Experimental Community. Yeah, sounds right where this country is headed... The wrong way.

Hopefully this is the beginning of the end of our knee-jerk reaction to 9/11. The enemy is winning when our government spends trillions to treat every American like they are criminals. They spend thousands of dollars and a dozen lives, and we spend trillions and tens of thousands of lives. I just don't think "we" are winning.

Don't even get me started about the trillions it cost to get one guy sitting on the floor watching TV with the protection of our "ally" Pakistan. Get nukes, now you are our ally.

Absolutely; we are spending until our credit card with China and other developing nations is maxed out. I was hoping that Mr. Obama would fix the mess that Mr. Bush got us into; guess I was wrong. Mr. Obama, where are the taxes on the rich you promised? What ever happened to "too big to fail is too big to exist"? Our government likes to add the prefix "Cyber" to anything that has to do with technology. Maybe I should just hang out drinking my Cyber-coffee using my Cyber-macbook, and finish doing my Cyber-tax return.
