Spoiler Yes, "The retired wrestler Hulk Hogan was awarded $115 million in damages on Friday by a Florida jury in an invasion of privacy case against Gawker.com He filmed a private NON PUBLIC Place with an EXPECTATION of privacy in that place. That is why Hogan won. Google expectation of privacy. It's also similar to if you need a search warrant to get information or you don't. There is usually no expectation of privacy in a public place. Be it privately owned or a true publically owned space like a city park. That being said. If a photographer is on the sidewalk and you have your front curtain open. Its not so cut and dry as to what will happen but in many cases, the photographer will win since if you didn't want people looking in your house you should have closed your curtains since anyone can see in. If anyone can see in than it's no different than the photograph. When I was in high school and college I took a fair amount (not a ton) of pictures of kids playing in the parks. No one batted an eye and i was not hiding the presence of my medium format twin lens Mamiya c330. Now people lose their shit. Tell me the problem with this. https://ancillary-proxy.atarimworker.io?url=https%3A%2F%2Fbit.ly%2F2WHDX4E

Nothing at all like gawker. People in a non public private space. A hospital is a public space like a Mall. It’s a privately owned public space but there is no expectation of privacy in a hospital or every room would be a single and no waiting areas. Hippa doesn’t apply to anything accept the actual medical facility and your records. But since it’s a privately owned public space once told to leave it might be trespassing. If he had a telephoto and was off hospital property zero could be done. But since this is 100% news worth events the whole thing gets grey.

Zimike. Unfortunity you are wrong. Basically the jury is still out as there have been test an examples where it work and examples where it has issues when given to a high death probability. In the VA study it was given to the sickest of people who already had a high probability of death. So I'm going with you are choosing to read news articles that neglect all the studies for those that show trump wrong trump bad. https://ancillary-proxy.atarimworker.io?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.goodrx.com%2Fblog%2Fco...

Yes sure. The article address your point and explains why they believe that issue exist. Basic psychology would say that if you had read the article you would have worded your statement in relation to that part of the article and not posed it as a reason why the article is wrong. Since the article already argued why that situation is different then a couple of cats living in a normal home.

I know Karma is a BITCH that is biting the US on the ass right now. Maybe there needs to be equal not less or more outrage out how we are in all kinds of other elections. Pres Obama comments to the british prior to brexit vote. While different is still tampering and we would flip a wig if British PM said similar things during a US vote.
