The Social Hub gives us a shared space to bring those updates together Date: Sep 24 2026
Summary: Our teams are often spread across different client projects and areas of IT delivery, which can make good ideas and project achievements stay within individual teams. The Social Hub gives us a shared space to bring those updates together, whether it is a successful automation, a project milestone, or something useful from our AI and quality management work.
Positive: The Social Hub has been useful for giving our teams a place to share project updates, technical wins, and useful information from the work we do. Since Pinnacle works across quality management, IT delivery, automation, AI, and digital transformation, there is a lot of knowledge moving between teams. Being able to post updates, comment, and share ideas in one place makes that knowledge easier for others to see and contribute to.
Negative: The mobile app is currently being upgraded, so the experience is not quite as smooth as we would like in some areas. I’m looking forward to seeing the improvements once the upgrade is fully in place.

The Surveys Hub has been one of the more useful parts Date: Sep 24 2026
Summary: At BioOra, our work spans cell therapy development, manufacturing, and clinical activities, so different teams can have very different experiences with the same change. HubEngage gives us a simple way to ask those teams directly, compare the feedback, and see where something may need more attention.
Positive: The Surveys Hub has been one of the more useful parts of HubEngage for us. We can send quick pulse surveys after internal changes or new initiatives and get a much clearer picture of how employees are responding. I also like that the results can be broken down instead of leaving us with a large list of responses to sort through.
Negative: The navigation could be cleaner. It took me a while to get familiar with where certain survey options and reports were located.

Structured way to collect that feedback and use sentiment insights to identify recurring concerns Date: Sep 23 2026
Summary: As our teams work across cloud, development, support, and consulting, it can be difficult to get a clear view of what employees are experiencing across different areas of the business. HubEngage gives us a structured way to collect that feedback and use sentiment insights to identify recurring concerns before they become bigger issues.
Positive: HubEngage is the Surveys Hub and the insights it provides. At Innovative Solutions, where we help SMBs with cloud consulting, AWS, migrations, optimization, and IT support, getting honest feedback from our teams is important. The pulse surveys, anonymous responses, and sentiment analysis give us a better way to understand what employees are experiencing and where we need to pay attention.
Negative: The navigation can take some getting used to. With so many options available, it is not always immediately obvious where to find a specific survey or setting.

It gives teams a space to share updates, celebrate wins, and stay connected beyond their individual locations. Date: Sep 23 2026
Summary: With such a large workforce supporting our stores, eCommerce, supply chain, and customer experience, it can be difficult for employees to stay connected across different teams and locations. HubEngage gave us a central Social Hub where associates can share, interact, and recognize what is happening across the business, while SMS gives us another way to reach employees when something needs attention.
Positive: At Walmart, with associates working across stores, clubs, supply chain, technology, and eCommerce, it gives teams a space to share updates, celebrate wins, and stay connected beyond their individual locations. The ability to post, comment, share, and interact makes employee engagement feel more natural.
Negative: The initial setup and configuration took some trial and error before we were able to send the first message successfully.

HubEngage gave us a central space for employees to share, interact but Getting the first SMS campaign sent out was a little difficult Date: Sep 23 2026
Summary: With different teams supporting mortgage lending, technology, and partner services, it was easy for employee updates and team achievements to get lost. HubEngage gave us a central space for employees to share, interact, and stay connected while helping us reach them through additional channels like SMS when needed.
Positive: What I like most about HubEngage is the Social Hub. At eLEND, where we support borrowers, brokers, correspondent lenders, and financial institutions with mortgage solutions and technology, it gives our employees a place to share updates, celebrate wins, and stay connected across different teams. The posts, comments, channels, and engagement features make it easier for people to participate rather than just receive company updates.
Negative: Getting the first SMS campaign sent out was a little difficult. The initial setup and configuration took some trial and error before we had everything working the way we wanted.

Instruction Snags Slowed Us Down, Though Support Helped Date: Sep 22 2026
Summary: HubEngage gave us one platform where people could actually communicate and be recognized for their work
Positive: Now, with SMS and email built into the platform, urgent updates actually reach people right away instead of sitting unread in an inbox or getting missed entirely.
Negative: The team followed the provided instructions but hit a few snags along the way. The good news is customer support stepped in

All-in-One Communication and Recognition That Celebrates Team Wins Date: Jun 29 2026
Summary: Before using HubEngage, important updates were scattered across emails, chats, and different tools, so people often missed information. Now everything is in one place, making it much easier to share company news, recognize employees, and keep everyone connected without jumping between multiple apps.
Positive: What stood out to me was having employee communication and recognition in the same app. We didn't have to keep reminding people to check different platforms anymore, and the recognition feature made it easier to celebrate team wins. I also liked that we only enabled the modules we actually needed instead of paying for things we weren't ready to use.
Negative: There are quite a few features, so getting familiar with everything took a little time at first. Once our team got used to the layout, it became much easier to navigate.

Sentiment analysis on survey responses has helped us Date: Jun 07 2026
Summary: Modernizing internal comms without creating compliance risk. A lot of platforms that do social features don't think about what happens when employees post something they shouldn't. The built-in moderation tools gave our legal team enough confidence to actually greenlight the rollout.
Positive: AI moderation takes a lot of the risk out of opening up social features to employees flagging inappropriate content before it becomes a problem. Sentiment analysis on survey responses has helped us spot team morale dips earlier than we would have otherwise. The intranet replacement alone justified the cost for us.
Negative: The gamification side points, leaderboards hasn't landed as well with our demographic as I think it might in other industries. Our employees skew older and a few found it a bit gimmicky. It's easy to turn off but something to consider depending on your workforce.

Modular approach is a real advantage Date: Jun 07 2026
Summary: Keeping culture intact while scaling fast. HubEngage gave us a central place to keep people connected and recognized without adding headcount to manage it.
Positive: Modular approach is a real advantage you're not paying for things you don't use yet. The employee social features helped build culture during a period of rapid remote hiring. Sentiment analysis on surveys has surfaced things we genuinely wouldn't have caught otherwise.
Negative: The mobile app UI could use a refresh in a few spots it looks fine but some navigation flows feel slightly clunky compared to consumer apps employees are used to. Not a dealbreaker but worth mentioning.

Keeping culture intact while scaling fast Date: Jun 06 2026
Summary: Keeping culture intact while scaling fast. When you go from 200 to 500 employees in 18 months, things can fall apart internally pretty quickly.

Mobile-first setup works really well for non-desk workers Date: Jun 06 2026
Summary: Closing the communication gap between office and frontline staff. Before this, our floor workers were essentially out of the loop on anything company-wide. Now everyone's on the same page.
Positive: Mobile-first setup works really well for non-desk workers. Recognition module with points and gift cards drove adoption faster than we expected. Multi-language support was critical for us and it actually works without feeling like an afterthought.
Negative: Initial setup took longer than the sales team suggested — there's a fair amount of configuration involved. Some of our older employees found the app a bit confusing at first, took a few weeks before everyone was comfortable.

Having comms, surveys, and recognition under one roof Date: Jun 06 2026
Summary: Platform sprawl. We were paying for multiple tools that didn't talk to each other, and employees had no idea which app to check for what. One place for everything has made a noticeable difference in how consistently people actually engage with comms.
Positive: Having comms, surveys, and recognition under one roof makes a genuine difference. AI drafting tools save real time. The scheduling feature means I can plan a week's worth of content in one sitting. Support team has been responsive every time we've reached out.
Negative: The analytics dashboard is decent but not as deep as I'd like — I often want to slice engagement data in ways the current reporting doesn't quite support. Hoping that gets more attention in future updates.

Hubengage has improved our team's comunication Date: Apr 14 2026
Summary: The platform's intuitive interface made it easy to navigate, and I quickly found the tools I needed to enhance our operations. The benefits far outweigh the minor drawbacks, and we look forward to continuing our partnership with them, I’ve been using Hubengage for the past 2yrs+to manage our company’s social media presence. The seamless integration with our existing systems has been a game-changer, allowing us to manage projects more efficiently and improve collaboration across teams. What's even more encouraging is the positive feedback from my coworkers who also find it user-friendly. I highly recommend Hubengage to any company looking for a robust business management solution.
Positive: The collaboration features in Hubengage such as integrated messaging, helping us fine-tune our strategy, to ensure our issues are resolved promptly.
Negative: it's an excellent system which is user-friendly, and which we are using more and more in our daily practice and quality assurance monitoring.

HubEngage Makes Recognition More Interactive and Engaging Date: Apr 09 2026
Summary: I use HubEngage to receive recognition from my manager and coworkers, and to give recognition to my coworkers as well. It's super easy for all of us to get started on it and immediately begin sharing recognition for our team members. Everything about it has just been a joy to work with.
Positive: I use HubEngage to receive recognition from my manager and coworkers, and to give recognition to my coworkers as well. I also appreciate being able to comment on the recognition, since it creates more interaction and engagement around the feedback.
Negative: There’s nothing I dislike about HubEngage for now.

Boosts Workplace Morale and Recognition Date: Apr 09 2026
Summary: I use Hubengage to provide positive feedback at work, solving burnout by recognizing and appreciating co-workers' un-thanked actions. It improves morale by calling attention to positive actions, especially in a fast-paced, taxing job like ABA therapy.
Positive: I use Hubengage at my workplace to provide co-workers with positive feedback. I enjoy that it allows co-workers to build one another up and recognize actions that may otherwise go un-thanked. ABA therapy is often a mentally and physically taxing job and being able to call attention to positive actions or words that occur during the workday improves morale in the workplace. I also enjoy the AI option to clean up the message due to the quick pace of work. The initial setup of Kudos was very easy, taking just 5-10 minutes.
Negative: Nothing in particular - the tool delivers what it's designed for
