    Easy to use unattended access tool

    Summary: Overall it's user-friendly and easy to navigate Zoho Assist settings. The connection is always steady and reliable and the cost is reasonable.

    Positive: Able to keep PCs and workstations maintained remotely.
    I can restart/shutdown from my own workstation.
    Works great for screen sharing or assisting others to navigate their PC.

    Negative: You need to switch between multiple monitors which is a pain but can still be done.
