Summary: Zoho Assist is the practically best solution for the remote helpdesk. Earlier we were using TeamViewer and other tools but after implementing this solution we never felt again to migrate. Its screen streaming works flawless.

Summary: The free version works very well for our needs. If you need concurrent sessions or access to unattended machines, you'll need to purchase a monthly subscriptions. I'd purchase a lower level license if it had the ability to "schedule" appointments, but that requires a higher level license with a bunch of addons that I don't need.
Positive: The Zoho Assist product works well connecting with our clients to do training and troubleshooting. The software's interface is easy to use requiring only the email address for the person you want to connect to. With a fast internet connection we've had very little to no latency issues connecting to clients 3000 miles away.
Negative: The only Con has to do with connecting to Macs and is not Zoho's issue, but their software prevents the person connecting to the Mac user from seeing the settings to help the person on the other end allow access in the security and accessibility settings.
