    Possibly the world’s worst

    Summary: I have worked in IT software development for 35 years and this is the worst expanse of deployment I have sen in all of this time, underpinned by utter and unconcealed contempt for the customer.

    Positive: Nothing. There is simply nothing positive to say. One star is one too many but it’s the least on offer.

    Negative: You receive information with 3 different labels - Verizon, Turbify and Yahoo.
    Emails received from Verizon with links that don’t work
    The chat doesn’t work.
    Telephone numbers for UK customers with US numbers only.
