On event nights, staff can efficiently scan tickets and passes using a phone or iPad, even in the absence of an internet connection, while monitoring the door count and managing the venue's layout through a real-time table map that includes deposit information, server assignments, and guest notes. Additionally, Pulse helps the team stay organized by sending alerts for any unanswered requests, unpaid deposits, and ongoing chats.
