Positive: Honestly, Planfix is quite underrated as a management platform. As for my experience with Planfix, there's a lot I have to say. Firstly, it is pretty user-friendly for someone new to managing work and projects. The dashboard is easy to navigate and the tools are easily accessible too. The best part about using this platform is that you can personalize it via integration that is available with various platforms. Their customer service is also reasonably responsive.

Negative: Not that I have countered any downside on my own, however, there are many good competitors of Planfix that are going great. So, I would suggest they work more on expanding their reach and adding more custom tools to their dashboard.

Summary: If you've been on the hunt for a system that you can tweak to fit your exact needs, centralize all your work in one place, and run it on your own domain, then Planfix is your go-to solution.

Positive: When I had a ton of tasks to manage, and it felt like I was constantly falling behind, I realized we needed a system that could not only make task management simpler but also automate our work processes as much as possible. A colleague suggested Planfix, and I jumped right into checking it out. At first, it seemed pretty fancy and overwhelming, so I gave it a pass. But fast forward two years, I came back to Planfix, armed with experience from other systems that just couldn't keep up with my growing demands.

Negative: The lack of a dark theme is a bit of a bummer. It'd be cool to have the option to switch between a light and dark theme.

Summary: Thanks to PlanFix, we've significantly reduced our reliance on multiple software applications, making our operations smoother across various areas and almost every department in the organization. This software has become an invaluable asset for improving task management efficiency and speeding up our accounting processes.

Positive: The system's incredible flexibility, which doesn't require any coding, is a real game-changer for someone like me, a Chief Accountant. It allows us to set up projected cash flows, plan expenses, and track accounts receivable, all within one integrated system. Managing client interactions is a breeze, without the need for external services, ensuring we pay attention to every detail. It records every email and action meticulously, and even during phone calls, we can easily add extra client data or summaries to their profile. This super-efficient approach means we can access vital data and agreements in no time.

Negative: In the beginning, the system might seem a bit overwhelming due to its complexity. It takes some time and effort to get the hang of it, but there are plenty of learning materials to help kickstart your journey with Planfix.

Summary: A flexible tool for business management. Time tracking and financial analysis, including revenues and expenses, through analysis and reporting in a unified system are a crucial support for businesses. Moreover, the system is actively developed, which is a constant source of satisfaction.

Positive: High-level customer service and technical support. The ability to accelerate the development of essential features, influencing the current development schedule. Comprehensive access control, seamless communication with external contacts directly from tasks, and the ability to integrate them back into the task.

Negative: UX is overloaded, sometimes leading to non-intuitive navigation.

Summary: Extensive customization options that allow you to create your own workspace, restrict access to projects, tasks, contacts, directories, and more. Planfix offers extensive customization options, for instance to tailor the workspace according to specific needs and preferences. It’s easy to personalize various aspects such as project settings, task assignments, contact lists, directories, and more.

Positive: Planfix was able to meet my project and task management needs. Planfix meets my project and task management needs perfectly.

Negative: The interface is sometimes overloaded. There are not enough visual video tutorials. The interface can feel overloaded at times. Additionally, there is a lack of visual video tutorials available, making it challenging for users to quickly grasp the software's functionalities and navigate through its complexities

Summary: 1. We need to handle a specific type of tasks in a conveyor-like fashion.
2. The pricing is quite favorable at the moment.
3. The ability to customize the workspace and everything on the platform by ourselves is a big plus.

Positive: So far, everything is going well. It has all the necessary features for team management, and the price is affordable.

Negative: Perhaps the interface, with its various menus, buttons, and such, can be a bit overwhelming. I haven't figured out yet if there's a way to disable some of it.

Summary: We manage project-based sales. During our growth phase, we realized the need to handle projects within a single system, and Planfix allowed us to streamline the entire process.

Positive: It's visually appealing, intuitively understandable, has extensive help resources, and great customer support. And the price is a plus.

Negative: It's not the easiest system for newcomers; we'd like to see more use cases for onboarding new users.

Summary: It offers extensive customization options. Plus, there's fast and helpful support that genuinely resolves issues and provides assistance.

Positive: We found a system that could seamlessly integrate with WordPress and Webinar Stars, all without needing programmers to set up these integrations.

Negative: Subjectively, switching between descriptions and checklists isn't very convenient.

Summary: This service is highly adaptable and, in my view, fulfills the needs of both individuals and organizations admirably. It strikes an excellent balance between cost and functionality.

Positive: Planfix has made a significant impact, reducing deal closure time, streamlining our sales processes, speeding up inquiry response times, enabling customer segmentation, facilitating the creation of sales management dashboards, and automating our sales funnels. The Support team is truly exceptional, displaying unparalleled openness and eagerness to assist with problem-solving.

Negative: The absence of notifications in the mobile version (due to my phone's lack of Google services) is a minor drawback.

Summary: A complete toolbox for personal use and business planning. Thanks to Planfix, we've integrated and automated numerous business processes.

Positive: Automation of document generation from templates, flexible parsing of HTTP response data, organization, tracking, and email document delivery to partners from tasks, flexible analytics, and reporting.

Negative: Lack of workspace functionality in the mobile app. It would be great to have better usability in the app; some aspects are not very intuitive.

Positive: We have streamlined the operations of our HR department significantly. It's convenient to manage all aspects of the hiring process, from requisition to candidate selection. Planfix's versatility has enabled us to centralize communication with applicants within a single system. The extensive range of integrations has greatly improved our interactions with recruitment websites.

Negative: At times, Planfix can be overwhelming with its abundance of features.

Summary: We have been able to address most of our management challenges and automate numerous processes. Thank you for providing us with a sophisticated yet highly flexible system!

Positive: We conducted an extensive search for a project management system, and Planfix stood out due to its voice task assignment feature and the availability of a mobile application.

Negative: We had to engage an integrator to customize Planfix to align with our business processes.

Summary: A wonderful builder with effective project management features and customer funnels. Helped us automate most of our tasks.

Positive: Only in Planfix we succeeded to set up funnels that suit us perfectly. For example, we've got one sales funnel that covers the customer's journey up to contract signing and payment. Then there's another funnel - docflow, with several stages, which we can now track easily. When we close a sale, a company card is automatically created in the second funnel and gets assigned to the responsible lawyer handling the paperwork. This automation has freed up 80% of my time.

Negative: So far, everyone, including our users and the platform configuration team, is content with what we've found.

Summary: This system has allowed us to automate a multitude of tasks, including sending messages to clients at their preferred times.

Positive: Planfix makes it a breeze to automate those mundane tasks, freeing up time for more creative and strategic endeavors. With features like recurring tasks, reminders, and versatile workflows, you won't miss a beat while keeping those deadlines in check.

Negative: The interface may seem a bit unfamiliar in places, but as you get the hang of the system through the learning curve, it becomes second nature. Of course, like with any other system, you'll need to invest some time in getting to know it.

Summary: It's a very 'alive', flexible, and easily scalable system, highly recommended. I'd also like to shout out the Support team – they're responsive and quick.

Positive: We've been with Planfix for a while, and the system keeps surprising us with new features. For instance, the folks recently added automatic access rights assignment for Support team in the scenarios. They listen to our wishes and make them happen, which is awesome.

Negative: Not always a fan of the design updates. They added icons to the main panel, which looks nice, but now not all sections (we have a lot of them) fit, so we either have to scroll or move them to the additional menu.
