Positive: One-click task assignment, convenient notifications through email and Telegram bots, and user-friendly reporting. I must highlight the ability to influence the current development plan, ensuring that the desires of the majority of users are heard. I haven't encountered such an opportunity anywhere else.

Negative: Everything suits us; the system meets our needs perfectly.

Summary: The system's functionality has allowed me, as an Operation Manager, to realize all my requirements with ease — simple, clear, and seamless integration with email, Telegram, and more.

Positive: Loads of settings options for a quick kickstart. They even introduced a PlanFix course to help us get the hang of things faster. Plus, CRM setup came to the rescue once in getting the hang of PlanFix's capabilities.

Negative: Back in the day, the interface was a bit of a bummer with its outdated look. But hey, things have changed for the better, and now it's super user-friendly and actually enjoyable to use.

Summary: There are numerous features for team collaboration, including chat, boards, schedulers, and calendars.
Working with projects is convenient thanks to templates and extensive customization and automation capabilities.
Planfix also integrates seamlessly with many applications. I want to highlight Telegram chat bot, which simplifies communication with clients and keeps you informed about everything happening within the system.

Positive: If you're looking for a customizable solution, then Planfix is definitely the right choice for you.

Negative: Initially, the rich functionality might seem overwhelming, but after investing some time in learning and understanding it, you can configure it to suit your needs perfectly. A special thanks to the Support team for their quick responses and detailed assistance.

Summary: The ability to grant the access to clients simplifies communication and project management, clients can see the status of their tasks, make adjustments during the work process, and ask clarifying questions.

Positive: An excellent system for project management. Easy set up, easy workflow organization. Fully customizable and highly scalable system.

Negative: Everything is well-liked. The only thing I want to note - mobile app need some improvements.

Summary: What's particularly valuable is the ability to consolidate all departments and functions within a single solution. We've minimized the time and resources required for system setup and maintenance. There's no need to worry about synchronizing data or transferring information from one system to another.

Positive: Planfix has become the core solution for managing all of our business processes: task and project management, CRM system, onboarding, and employee training.

Negative: It takes some time to understand and tailor everything to our specific tasks and processes. However, this is more of a common challenge with any system. I would appreciate more instructional videos.

Summary: A project and task management and a repository for clients, document, and financial information. Our primary focus is on ensuring that our team dedicates substantial time and effort to providing quality service to our clients, all while maintaining their well-being and avoiding burnout. To achieve this, we diligently collaborate with guidelines and program processes into our project management system. By doing so, we minimize the time spent on routine matters, allowing our team to concentrate primarily on client tasks and delivering value.

Positive: Planfix project management tool provides a wide array of capabilities, demonstrating remarkable flexibility that empowers us to effectively automate various business processes. For instance, consider the following simple scenario: when a new employee joins our team, it is crucial to ensure a seamless onboarding experience without missing any important details. With just a single click, tasks are assigned to respective individuals. This includes setting up a workspace, provisioning a computer, handling necessary paperwork, conducting an office tour, and so forth. These are the kind of features we highly value in our project management system, as they allow us to achieve significant cost savings while sparing our workforce from tasks that can be automated.

Negative: I can't say anything negative, everything is fine. Perhaps more short tutorial videos for onboarding would be nice.

Summary: Planfix - an excellent system for complex task and project management, and business process automation.

Positive: Easily set up and organize even the most extensive projects with a large number of tasks and participants. Providing access to clients simplifies communication regarding their projects, as they can see the status of their tasks, make adjustments during the work process, and ask clarifying questions.

Negative: I have not had any cons yet. Everything is well-liked.

Summary: In general, Planfix is suitable for those who are not seeking standard "out-of-the-box" solutions but want to get customized solutions for their business. In this aspect, Planfix has no equal, as it allows adapting everything to our unique business processes and the specific nature of our company's operations.

Positive: I was looking for a system that could be tailored to specific business processes. Prior to this, I had experience with different systems, but many of them encountered limitations in customizing them exactly the way our company needed.
My choice fell on Planfix, and I have no regrets about it. At first, I set up the basic processes - project management, tasks, etc. But now, we have moved a significant portion of all team processes into the system, abandoning other solutions.

Negative: The system might deter users with minimal implementation and configuration experience during onboarding due to its extensive functionality. However, for experienced users, this is more of a plus than a minus. Yes, it takes some time to understand how everything works, the logic behind it, but it's worth it. I must also commend the Support Team's work, as they provide detailed answers to all questions, making the onboarding process easier.

Summary: From 2013 to 2020 I worked for an IT company called 4Logist. For about 2 years we worked with the American system Nutshell CRM, but it did not last long, because it did not have the necessary integrations with the website, telephony, and it was inconvenient to work with tasks in it.

Then the company used the Onlyoffice program for about 3 years, but the number of clients and the company's needs grew, and we needed a program which would enable to set up the effective work of the sales and support departments, and receive reports on the key indicators of the departments and the company as a whole.

The question of finding a new system came up sharply. I remembered about PlanFix, which I had heard about at a business seminar.

Implementing PlanFix in the company "4Logist" I literally "fell in love" with this system, as it has turned out to be very flexible, like a construction set, and multi-functional. One of the features is the ability to configure individual workspaces for each department, where employees do not have extra buttons and functions.

We have automated the work of the sales and support departments, have made about 10 custom reports on key indicators, have set up integration with the website and messengers, have established teamwork. And, no matter what new tasks came up, we managed to solve them myself with Planfix (without the help of programmers).

I also implemented Planfix in my educational project "Academy of Development", for which it was also ideally suited.

Positive: - Configuration without programming
- Flexible customization for any type of business
- Customizable and suitable for all departments, even for manufacturing
- Many integrations with other services
- Support team responds very quickly and helps until the issue is resolved
- Ability to configure individual workspaces

Negative: The Projects object doesn't have processes and scripts like tasks.
Few out-of-the-box configurations in English.
It is better to contact a specialized integrator for customization.

Summary: I can definitely recommend this system for different business cases. With Planfix you can build any system - from a simple Task Manager to the "Spaceship of your business".

Positive: I like the fact that the system doesn't force the company's business processes to fit the architecture.
It adapts itself to them.

Negative: You need a lot of time to figure out and to understand all the details of the system. Either you need the help of certified specialists.

Summary: In my developers team we work with Planfix more than five years. All our efficiency depend on Planfix.

Positive: I'd like flexibility of Planfix in all my wishes. If I see a routine process it is very possible I'll automate it through Planfix in some minutes (not hours or days).

Negative: But time to time I need integrations with banking or accountant, or DocuSign maybe. I hope they'll add it in future.

Summary: A convenient system for businesses of any size (up to 5,000 employees). It works fast, there are no failures. You can grow an employee in your organization who will administer the Planfix and save on support.

Positive: We manage projects and tasks in the Planfix. We control deadlines and performers. We use two types of task mapping: kanban and Gantt chart.

The system is very (maybe too) flexible. For different employees of the same organization, the Planfix may look completely different.

All communication with clients was transferred to Planfix. Our clients write from Instagram, Whatsapp, mail - we reply to them from Planfix. And they don't even know about it.

We use integration with telephony. It is very convenient to call directly from CRM, while seeing the client's card, his tasks and correspondence. After the call, a call record is added to the client's card. And if the call is missed, the information about it comes to the head of the department.

I like that I can configure everything I need in the Planfix without writing code! Such systems are the future.

Negative: To confidently use the Planfix, you need to spend some amount of time. The system is new, there are very few communities. There is almost no information on the Internet. It saves that the support works very quickly and friendly.

There is no warehouse accounting. And this is very lacking.

Summary: All-in-all Planfix helps you automate most of your work, offering you the benefit of automating your workflow at the initial stage itself. It thus, helps in improving the efficiency and quality of services you want to provide.

Positive: Honestly, Planfix is quite underrated as a management platform. As for my experience with Planfix, there's a lot I have to say. Firstly, it is pretty user-friendly for someone new to managing work and projects. The dashboard is easy to navigate and the tools are easily accessible too. The best part about using this platform is that you can personalize it via integration that is available with various platforms. Their customer service is also reasonably responsive.

Negative: Not that I have countered any downside on my own, however, there are many good competitors of Planfix that are going great. So, I would suggest they work more on expanding their reach and adding more custom tools to their dashboard.

Summary: If you've been on the hunt for a system that you can tweak to fit your exact needs, centralize all your work in one place, and run it on your own domain, then Planfix is your go-to solution.

Positive: When I had a ton of tasks to manage, and it felt like I was constantly falling behind, I realized we needed a system that could not only make task management simpler but also automate our work processes as much as possible. A colleague suggested Planfix, and I jumped right into checking it out. At first, it seemed pretty fancy and overwhelming, so I gave it a pass. Negative: The lack of a dark theme is a bit of a bummer. It'd be cool to have the option to switch between a light and dark theme.

Positive: The system's incredible flexibility, which doesn't require any coding, is a real game-changer for someone like me, a Chief Accountant. It allows us to set up projected cash flows, plan expenses, and track accounts receivable, all within one integrated system. Managing client interactions is a breeze, without the need for external services, ensuring we pay attention to every detail. It records every email and action meticulously, and even during phone calls, we can easily add extra client data or summaries to their profile. This super-efficient approach means we can access vital data and agreements in no time.

Negative: In the beginning, the system might seem a bit overwhelming due to its complexity. It takes some time and effort to get the hang of it, but there are plenty of learning materials to help kickstart your journey with Planfix.
