    A year and a half on Planfix - everything is fine!

    Summary: A convenient system for businesses of any size (up to 5,000 employees). It works fast, there are no failures. You can grow an employee in your organization who will administer the Planfix and save on support.

    Positive: We manage projects and tasks in the Planfix. We control deadlines and performers. We use two types of task mapping: kanban and Gantt chart.

    The system is very (maybe too) flexible. For different employees of the same organization, the Planfix may look completely different.

    All communication with clients was transferred to Planfix. Our clients write from Instagram, Whatsapp, mail - we reply to them from Planfix. And they don't even know about it.

    We use integration with telephony. It is very convenient to call directly from CRM, while seeing the client's card, his tasks and correspondence. After the call, a call record is added to the client's card. And if the call is missed, the information about it comes to the head of the department.

    I like that I can configure everything I need in the Planfix without writing code! Such systems are the future.

    Negative: To confidently use the Planfix, you need to spend some amount of time. The system is new, there are very few communities. There is almost no information on the Internet. It saves that the support works very quickly and friendly.

    There is no warehouse accounting. And this is very lacking.
